A supportive, practical space to better understand yourself and create meaningful change
Individual therapy offers an opportunity to step out of the pace of daily responsibilities and focus on your own emotional wellbeing. Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, capable, and highly responsible in their professional and personal lives. Despite this, they may find themselves feeling persistently stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed.
Therapy provides a space to slow down, gain clarity, and develop new ways of responding to challenges. Together, we work to better understand patterns that may be contributing to distress and to build strategies that support a more sustainable and fulfilling way of living.
Common reasons clients seek individual therapy
- ongoing stress and workplace burnout
- anxiety or difficulty “turning off” worries
- perfectionism and high self-expectations
- major life transitions or identity shifts
- relationship or family stress
- feeling emotionally exhausted or disconnected
- wanting greater confidence and balance
My approach
My work is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic practices and shaped by nearly two decades of leadership experience within behavioral health organizations. In addition to providing psychotherapy, I have held senior Human Resources and program leadership roles, which allows me to understand the realities of professional pressure, organizational dynamics, and the challenges of balancing multiple responsibilities.
Therapy with me is collaborative and insight-oriented. We focus on understanding your experiences while also developing practical tools you can use in your daily life. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel both understood and appropriately challenged as you work toward meaningful change.
