Many of the women I work with are used to being dependable, thoughtful, and capable. On the outside, life may look stable or successful. Internally, however, they may be managing persistent stress, anxiety, or a growing sense of emotional exhaustion.

My work is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and shaped by nearly two decades of leadership experience within behavioral health organizations. In addition to providing psychotherapy, I have served in senior Human Resources and program leadership roles, giving me a deep understanding of professional pressures, workplace dynamics, and the complexity of balancing multiple responsibilities.
Therapy with me is collaborative and insight-oriented, while also focused on practical strategies that support long-term resilience and emotional wellbeing.
