Anxiety is a strong feeling of worry or unease, creating apprehension about a certain outcome. Anxiety is pretty typical and actually serves a biological purpose; it’s your body’s reaction to feeling stress. When we are too stressed (or just have a predisposition), we often see anxiety rear it’s ugly head. Some symptoms of anxiety include:
- Excessive worry
- Agitation
- Fatigue
- Headaches
- Racing heart/Increased heart rate
- Increased blood pressure
- Sweating
- Restlessness
- Trouble concentrating
- Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep
- Digestive or gastrointestinal problems
- Rapid breathing
- Irritability
- Tense muscles (aches/pains)

When to seek help
