Group Therapy is an excellent form of mental health treatment. Often times, group can provide benefits that one-on-one therapy can’t. For instance, in group therapy, participants will build connections with others and also provide support to one another. Groups promote social skills and because others are sharing their thoughts, feelings, ideas and progress, we learn and our progress increases, as well. Lastly, we also learn a lot about ourselves during group therapy. While those are all wonderful benefits of treatment, others choose to participate in group because it is less expensive than individual therapy.

Working Mom Telehealth Group

Are you trying to balance a career and being a mom? You are not alone and there is support available! Join other working moms who are experiencing similar stressors in this group to get support and learn some tips for creating a better balance in your life.

Perfectionist Telehealth Group

Are you exhausted trying to be the perfect employee, the perfect partner and the perfect parent? Do you find yourself seeking out approval from others to feel good about yourself or your work? Will you often find yourself overthinking about mistakes you have made? Do you have extremely high standards of yourself and possibly others in your life? Striving for excellence and perfectionism can have negative impacts to our physical and mental health. Join a group of perfectionistic women and learn how to change some of your perfectionistic thinking!
